This policy applies to Kwik Kart, a technology platform operated by AGI Technologies, a registered Partnership Firm in Hyderabad, Telangana (“AGI Technologies”, “we”, “us”, “our”), registered/business address AGI Technologies, Level 6, Awfis, N-Heights, Plot No 38, Phase 2, Hitec City, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081. It describes how information is handled when customers and retailers use the Kwik Kart website, app, Seller Dashboard or supported order channels (together, the “Platform”).
1. Information we may collect
- Account details — name, phone number, email address and delivery address(es)
- Order details and support requests, including chats, emails and call recordings where applicable
- Retailer business details — store information, and tax/licence or settlement details where required
- Device, log and website/app usage information
- Location information, where enabled and permitted, to show nearby stores
- Payment status or transaction references provided by the payment provider
Payment credentials such as full card number, CVV, UPI PIN and online banking passwords should be entered only into the authorised payment provider's interface. Kwik Kart does not intentionally store these credentials.
2. How information is used
- Create and manage accounts
- Route order requests to the selected retailer and facilitate fulfilment and support
- Provide order/payment updates
- Process or reconcile transactions and refunds
- Operate and secure the Platform, and prevent fraud
- Improve the service and send service communications
- Send promotional communications where permitted
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Sharing of information
- With the retailer selected to fulfil an order
- With delivery providers where needed
- With Razorpay or another payment provider, and relevant financial institutions, to process or reconcile payments and refunds
- With hosting, communications, analytics and technical service providers acting on our instructions
- With authorities where legally required
We do not sell personal information. Sharing is limited to what is reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable law and relevant agreements.

5. Security & retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information, including access restricted to authorised personnel and service providers who need it for their work. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, account administration, disputes, fraud prevention and legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations.
6. Your requests & choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal information, request deletion where eligible, or withdraw consent for optional promotional communications by contacting hello@kwikkart.in. Certain records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
7. Children
The Platform is intended for adults managing purchases or retailer accounts. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorisation.
